Z轴采用两条滚柱重载强力线轨，六滑座设计，滑座采用加宽加大设计，有效增加了线轨与滑座的接触面积。Z轴的立柱采用“宝塔型堆积式”结构，可吸收加工环节重切削与高速切削时候的冲击力。防止震动提供高刚性。

预配型锁紧螺母设计，减少丝杆热膨胀带来的精度变化。

The slides are widened and enlarged to effectively increase the contact area between the linear guide and the slide. The column of the Z-axis features a "Pagoda-style stacked" structure, which can absorb the impact forces during heavy and high-speed cutting. This design prevents vibrations and provides high rigidity.

The pre-assembly locking nut design reduces the impact of spindle thermal expansion on precision.
