龙门机体采用独创的三维变径结构设计,经有限元分析,使机体结构得到最大程度的优化,确保机体稳定可靠,又能防止机体变形,从而提高机床使用寿命。
龙门底座采用蜂窝交错式加强筋设计,全系龙门机床的底座宽度都保持与工作台宽度一致,使其结构更加稳定。
龙门立柱采用45°抗冲击设计,立柱与底座的连接部位,采用了45°的斜跨,既增加了底座与立柱的连接强度,又增加了机床在强力切削时的刚性。龙门横梁采用我们独创的“驼背”式设计,能有效的防止龙门横梁变形下垂。
The gantry machine body employs an innovative three-dimensional variable-diameter structural design. Through finite element analysis, the structural optimization maximizes stability and reliability while preventing deformation, thereby enhancing the service life of the machine tool.
The gantry base features a honeycomb staggered reinforcement rib design. The width of the entire gantry machine's base maintains consistency with the workbench width, ensuring a more stable structure.
The gantry columns are designed with a 45° impact-resistant structure; the connection between the columns and the base incorporates a 45° inclined crossbeam, increasing the connection strength between the base and the columns and enhancing the rigidity of the machine during heavy cutting. The gantry beam adopts our proprietary "hump-backed" design, effectively preventing deformation and sagging of the gantry beam.
